Round 1-

We apply an Non-selective Herbicide to kill any winter weeds, along with a Liquid or Granular Pre-emergent to help control grassy weeds in the spring and summer, by creating a barrier which stops most weeds before they emerge.

Round 2-

Another round of Pre-emergent and Weed control, this helps to ensure the pre-emergent gets great coverage ​and reaches deep in the soil. The pre-emergent barrier will break up and degrade over time, allowing weeds to pass through. Having 2 pre-emergent applications helps strengthen this barrier.

Round 3-

​We apply a Nitrogen rich Fertilizer to kickstart your lawn in the spring. This strengthens the roots, assisting your lawn to green up out of dormancy. Maintaining a thick lawn naturally helps keep weeds out. We apply a Herbicide for any weeds that may have have blown in, ensuring a weed free lawn.

Round 4-

More Fertilizer, balanced to the weather conditions to best support your lawn. Again spraying Herbicides on any weeds that have managed to make their way into the lawn to stop them from spreading. Many weeds have trouble growing in nitrogen rich soil.

Round 5-

Last round of Fertilizer to help with heat stress. The heat may yellow or damage your lawn during hot weeks and heat waves in Summer. This last round of fertilizer helps ensure a healthy lawn going into fall. We also spray any weeds that have emerged in your lawn that are now breaking past the pre-emergent barrier.

Round 6-

We apply a Subsurface Insecticide that kills any pest (such as grubs) that consume the treated grass. This helps prevent grubs from emerging come spring time and other lawn pests that will damage your lawn causing yellowing, patchiness and other issues.

Round 7-

A Pre and Post-emergent herbicide mix will be applied to control Fall/Winter weeds that come out after dormancy of your lawn.

Round 8-

We apply a Winterizing Fertilizer to help certain types of grasses during cold winters, as needed. Along with a Non-selective Herbicide to ensure a weed free lawn!

This is our basic lawn care program that we guarantee will leave you with a beautiful lawn!

*Note - new accounts typically need multiple applications for a weed free lawn year round. Though with each application you will see improvement!
